Here’s an update on one of our most recent design collaborations: In early January, Switzerland-based startup Sirius Aviation unveiled our design concept for the Sirius Jet – a high-performance, zero-emission VTOL aircraft powered by a hydrogen-electric propulsion system.
Sirius has set ambitious goals for itself and is making brisk progress toward delivering a major milestone in sustainable aviation: Their goal is a 2025 market launch of two versions of the Sirius Jet: the Sirius Business Jet, tailored to private jet needs, and the Sirius Millennium Jet, crafted for commercial aviation.
So far, the jet is still in its concept phase, but partnerships have already been established with Formula 1 designer Sauber Group, Alfleth Engineering, and ALD Group. Stay tuned for more!
